Isn't it nice if very good meal in a low price and a wonderful view is available at a time?

It is right here at "LAO's CAFE", the cafe recently opened in the University Hall of Otaru University of Commerce in Hokkaido.

LAO's CAFE opens at weekday lunchtime only, but it is absolutely worth trying to visit here. By-the-book pasta lunch (three varieties) is only ¥560, and lunch of the day is ¥680. Both include soup and salad. Coffee or tea after lunch is available for additional ¥100. Cake & Drink combo is ¥380, iced coffee or tea alone is ¥150.

Amazing price, isn't it? In addition to the special lunch offer, this cafe also offers a fine view of the sea over the built-up area. LAO's CAFE certainly is one of the few cafes in Otaru where you can enjoy both good food and scenic view of Otaru, Hokkaido.

How to get there:
Take No.19 bus (To Otaru Shoka-daigaku or Otaru University of Commerce) from No.3 Gate of Hokkaido Chuo Bus Otaru Terminal. Get off at the final stop "Otaru Shoka-daigaku". Going through the university gate, you will find University Hall on your left. LAO's CAFE is upstairs.
